welcome everyone to the discraft great lakes open presented by the disc golf pro tour i'm sarah hulk i'm here with juliana korver to call the action on round two of the feature card of the fpo division we're out at toboggan course in milford michigan lots of elevation and it's going to be a battle what do we have today julianna starting the round we have paige pierce with a three-stroke lead over both katrina and kristen and i'm at the bottom of the card with a three under still put down a great round 963 rated gotta feel good of course paige is over a thousand right now averaging for the for the tournament look at the leaderboard beyond that cali deanne missy myself vanessa and kat we're all kind of knotted up there at the bottom of the top ten had a little bit of threat of weather today at the round be a little bit windier than it was the day before this is hole one it is 477 feet par 360 feet of elevation loss this is a blind left to right turning significantly downhill shot with the entire left side out of bounds it is possible to reach this basket due to the elevation loss this can be an intimidating first hole and there was wind at the start of this round team first from plano texas paige pierce paige lining up one of her newest signature discs the passion it's got a good turn on it wow holy cow that is a way to start the round we saw no birdies on this yesterday and she's set up to get an easy one doesn't look like it has quite enough turn on it yeah that's her h3v2 oh man she threw her m4 yesterday and was just in bounds because it stayed turned the whole way tough to judge that wind the up the wind in the upper part of the fairway is not going to necessarily be the wind you will see at the lower part and also you can't turn it too quickly because then you end up in all of the rough on the right hand side christian with arrive throwing the safe play well short but safe what are you throwing here my roadrunner nice beautiful had a huge crowd today on the course so wonderful to see this...
