what's up disc golfers and welcome back to gk pros coverage of the 2019 veteran's park open sponsored by legacy discs and kratom we are back at Veterans Park in Arlington Texas for the second half of the second round it's a 24 hole round right now we've got Kota Hatfield in the lead at 9-under Nolan Grider and GT Hancock at 7-under and Nikola Castro at 4-under rounding out your lead card we're gonna be going into the temporary holes on the course today and looking to see some fireworks coming out of this second round this is really the movers round we're about halfway through the tournament just a little lesson halfway so expect to see some hot shooting coming out of the coming down the stretch here hole 13 373 feet 114 meters a slightly elevated basket can be a tricky one if you don't get close enough and it's windy it's it's not too far elevated but when it's breezy this hole can be really tough after a round of pars on the previous hole GT stays on the tee pad going with his d1 swinging it out on Heiser and that has a really good move a lot of action on it though that rolled out to about 30 feet down below he's gonna be looking back up into a headwind Kota Hatfield Oklahoma native he's played in the wind a couple of times that he loves it right out of the hand I loved it and he just throws it a little long that was pure Wow here's the Castro that's looking like it's got the right height just a little long as well it'll roll just inside where Coda's is I think those are both just inside the circle a Nolan Grider mainstay on the Texas scene looking for a little bit of ground play and he got it look at that okay okay you right on thirty feet when GT is outside the circle sailed that one over good you can see how the head wind just grabbed it and tossed it the other way so Nolan's gonna play here so he must be just outside where oh nice nice right on the circles edge and that one was dead center good pot from Nolan you go got a little got a little head wind maybe a crosshead wind here he's going...
