foreign slow down that's it oh okay that held the Glide perfect but uh we'll move forward super quick we'll go left hand side so okay okay thank you appreciate you guys good luck uh so yes this is it's great to have a putt on this all it's so easy to shank that tee shot I don't know if you like filmed Nicholas oh I mean close so having a pot there is a feels like a bonus at least for me and that was a crazy kind of spit out nice and slow all right thank you painful yeah but that's okay also you probably want to walk this way okay yes it looks pretty treacherous yeah we've been doing some like cold plungers like Cold Creek in the waterfall yeah in the waterfall like in a in a bunch of the streams Rivers whatever around between here in town yeah we're at the lake so we've been uh one of the first things I did was go kayaking yesterday oh cool that would have been so much fun um but I'll tell you the crazy thing about it is clearly a lot of the US people are conditioned to it like um when I got in the first time it was the coldest water that I've ever been in hands down and uh and it took me a I only went up to my waist I only went up to my waist and um even had my hands in the water my bottom half was numb and then my hands turned numb and uh but it was kind of different for the locals for clay and everyone else like who've been around that's what they're used to it isn't very like hot water to begin with there I guess yeah they've trained on it they're conditioned to it so it was just no big deal so you've been you've been in Europe now in the US so you've been seeing a lot of like very developed um you know scenes for disc golf and you know I know that there are probably barely a hundred courses in the entire continent of Australia totally yeah we ticked over 100 I think at the end of last year okay so maybe there's a 110 or something like that now and it's moving in the right direction it's hard but...
