we are now here with one of the most anticipated returns to the touring field here simon was uh making his a tour restart this year how are you feeling man tell me all about it what's going on good just super excited to be back you know weather first i don't know why the weather comes first thing in mind which is kind of sad but it always does um great course awesome seeing all the friends again other players kind of like overwhelmed like i've had that question like 20 times already and never know what to say but just good it's been a long almost seven or eight months of trying to get back and now it's i'm here what was the hardest part of the journey for you because you had you didn't stop being a person in the sport you're still relevant with the youtube series and like you know growing your brand so what was the hardest part of this whole thing for you uh there were two really hard moments one was right after last year's tour because i last year my injury was already like a thing i just didn't throw any forehands because my backhand was still fine which ended up making everything worse obviously um but then when i took a break after the pro tour finals last season i took like a five week break off the throwing just thought after this break i can throw again because break always helps we know that but i came back to the course and it was way worse i couldn't even throw backhands anymore i was just like what is going on i mean that was now in november so i wasn't too worried yet because i still had three months to go so i wasn't like stressing too much about it but i was just like confused what was going on stop talking with seth um we tried to find different solutions and approaches and to find out what injury i have i went from doctor to doctor did all the x-rays actually on my birthday in november i ended up going to the hospital to do an mri so that was a fun little birthday birthday present and they found out that nothing was wrong with my elbow like they couldn't see anything wrong with it and barely any...
