and we are back here with five-time world champion mr paul macbeth how you doing today paul not too bad enjoying the sun out here right now five world titles and it wasn't that many years ago where one of them happened right here at blue lake course in portland oregon how does it feel to return knowing that we have blue lake for two rounds and glendavier for two rounds um blue lake was surprisingly a little bit tougher than i remember so it was good to get out there and throw some shots and i remember all the holes i just didn't remember the order of it so it was kind of like a unique surprise every time i i finished the hole and walked to the next i'm like oh wait this is when this hole was so that was pretty cool to get back out there and play but yeah i really enjoy i really enjoy that course um very minimal adjustments i think to make it you know like the top five course in the world to be honest and have you had a chance to play the new course here at glendavier yes yeah so today i got my second round in long but not as long as last year definitely took some length and i feel like we're off the fairways a lot more this year a little bit more in the big i don't know what kind of trees these are but they're huge uh so we're utilizing those and i feel like there's a lot more downhill shots which in my opinion are more fun to throw you can see the disc really flying so you can control it so yeah i'm enjoying those kind of shots for sure and we heard from both jeff and dustin in the design aspect the goal of players being able to throw more gaps more shots more tools in the bag would you agree with that for this new design yeah it is a lot more the woods i feel like are a lot more utilized here and we're kind of going with the trees instead of i feel like last year we're throwing like across the fairways um and we were just going through like a group of trees fairway group of trees fairway to where now we're kind of playing on the...
