joining us now is our 2018 world champion and greg barsby and greg welcome i'm going to read a quote this comes directly from you because there's so much conversation with regard to course design quote this is a high level track with a variety of elements my focus was about giving players on tour a full challenge with elements of accuracy power decision making and course management prevalent throughout the course i also did my best to incorporate original holes at lindsay park in tyler so that's what i pulled right from your instagram when when talking about this course so we just heard from kristen tatar who said she really liked it what's been the feedback and how are you processing it if kristen likes it then it's all good with me no there's there's been uh mixed views on the course and i think a lot of that stems from a lot of the players thinking we were going to play dogwood like we did last year and then the change was maybe a little sudden for the tour players but when steven's story asked me to lay out the course and obviously i was honored and i really just tried to do well by the rose city disc club who's put in mounds and mounds of work in the last month and a half to make the course look good so i really got to tip the hat to those guys i just wanted to challenge the best i mean this is a course i feel like the best player is going to win you know there's not nearly as much flukiness with this course as there is at dogwood and we all love dogwood especially like us local players we love playing there all the time but um to bring an event of this caliber to tyler and east texas i'm really stoked that they wanted to go with this layout so i think the best player is going to win and good consistent golf is going to put you high up on the leaderboard well that was going to be my question is consistency but what what does that consistency mean what are they trying to accomplish on this course are we gonna see you know three sets of ten under or are we gonna see a winner that might walk away 1500 for...
