welcome back to gatekeeper media's new year's resolutions it is january 10th and today we're going to school up a little bit on what we talked about a few days ago when we were looking at how to aim and target this is going to combine days four and six because we know where we want a disc to finish but we're also going to have two places that we want the disc to break in between find a soccer goal or a football field goal something that has a really definite whip that you can throw from the side of it might be easier if it's got a net on it so you can see if you're successful but the intent here is match the shape match the distance kind of subconsciously you're letting your body develop the understanding of where a disc is going to break and finish and i think an important thing here is i'm not throwing straight on at this my angle is kind of cut off like you can only see really a third of the width of this soccer goal relative to if you're throwing straight at it you can make this gap appear wider by having your disc come into it rather than going straight at the back pole don't limit yourself to just one side try both backhand and forehand because the hyzer shape is pretty essential to managing a course successfully you can also vary the distance the severity of this angle or add an additional target beyond the soccer goal so that you have another target to aim through you win this game when you can figure out what level of power angle spin or other flight factors allow you to hit this gap with the action that you envision
