foreign welcome back to the 2023 PDGA Champions Cup the first pro-major of 2023. we are at the beautiful WR Jackson course which is in Wildwood Park in Augusta Georgia where the international Disc Golf Center and Disc Golf Hall of Fame are also I'm Andrew fish joined here by Nathan Queen so many awesome things out here at this one place in Appleton Georgia we've got to see a lot of awesome shots on that front nine from our feature card as you see right here Eagle McMahon six under par Simon the top 5 under Ganon Burr and Nicholas Antelope one under bar and a couple hot scores already in the clubhouse nine down a handful of eights and sevens there's a lot of scoring opportunities out here on the Jackson course one of those is on hold 10 606 feet par 4 one of the easier holes on the day looking to see either forehands or backhand turnover shots you can bite off quite a bit of distance here the approach into the green is a little bit cluttered you're going to have to just work your way and scramble and a couple Mounds around the green make here Landings and or footing interesting looks like eagles lining up mid-range gonna play a flat or slight hyzer release drift in front of those triple trees in the Fairway and just keep cruising yeah he's done that nicely ends up drifting up to the left just a little bit but still should be in a pretty good position there any glass also following that hyzer release anything that breaks in front of these three trees it's usually pretty good and this is huge from Niklas so much distance maybe even a standstill shot from there putter so I'm gonna go forehand and plays it low this will get a Skip and ride to the right even that kind of on the edge of the Fairway will have a turnover I I would guess mid-range yeah the trick with that forehand is really getting it to push straight once you get you really need to push those three trees in the middle if you're fading before that it's pretty easy to end up too far right once you get that skip and Cannon starts a little bit more left this is high and gliding that does push the back...
