All right, round one here at the Champions Cup. First major of the year. Just getting some reps in. I warmed up a couple hours ago, so I'm out here rewarming up and uh just trying to find the putt. Looks like the conditions are pretty much perfect. Slight breeze, pretty hot, so I'm going for probably anywhere around a 9 or 10 under par today. And uh just get myself in a in contention. So even a 700 would do. Just got to keep myself in it. Feel pretty confident about this course. And uh if I can get on a on a roll, I'm sure I can shoot a pretty hot round out there. So looking forward to it. All right, Slaybog, what's the game plan today? Game plan is to just keep oursel in it. Be within a few strokes if not in the lead. And it's a marathon. It's very scorable course. I think he's going to shoot well tonight. From Urbandale, Iowa, Ganon Burr. All right, that completes round one at Champions Cup. You know, it was a really weird round. I had a couple sections of there in the round where I went a lot of birdies and a couple sections where I just went like par par bogey. So, couple rough spots, couple good spots. A lot to improve on. Eight under is going to keep me in the mix though. Obviously, Paul had a pretty crazy round at 14 under. Um, but yeah, started off the day hole one, had a decent drive and uh just didn't really throw that great of an approach. parted. We got to hole two. Pretty much parked it for birdie. Feeling pretty good. Really bad drive on three. Not a great approach. Good scramble to save the par. We get to hole four. Start to gain some momentum. I threw it. Missed my line, but got through. Left myself about 40 ft. Banged it right in the heart for birdie. And very similar thing happened on hole five. Uh threw it about 35 ft left. Circle two putt. Bang. Right in the heart again. Really windy. Dan, we did get a little unfortunate with the wind. It got pretty windy for us. I know it was pretty calm in the morning. Obviously can't control that, but it was definitely in the back of my mind. Just...
