OS, bro. Vlogger, guy. Dude, you're the first on the channel. How's it feel? All right, we're here. President's Cup. This is my second President's Cup, but let's get dressed. All right, we're ready. Yo, how am I looking? I think we're looking pretty good. Buy me lunch for a great idea. Appreciate it. You heard it. You caught it. He found it on video. I just buy me lunch for catting for him. You heard it here. There we go. Yeah, just for size up on long sleeve. I'm actually Enderman for Minecraft. Hey, you going to show my wrist? So if you wear a watch kind of massive right now. Yeah. Here. Out of here. Iowa disc golf. I'm team USA in Iowa. I just went like this. All right. We got the President's Cup Hall. We got the uh little pullover Avery made us. Obviously the jersey, you've already seen that. The hat pin. So now I'm like as cool as AB. So biscuit pin on the hat. Am I the right spot? The old glory bag. We got the old glory shirt. He's Mr. USA. So every time that I stretch, I get hurt. So I have to do more like activation type stuff. So, just kind of holding a static pose. What What's like your stretching routine mostly? Um, I try to get through every joint basically, like ankles all the way up to my shoulders. Right now, obviously shoulders. So, I'm not just like throwing my arms. I'm controlling it the whole way. That way, the muscle goes through a full range of motion. I'm actually playing with this weekend. Switch Switch over. Sweet. I love it. Yeah. Thanks. Appreciate it. Good luck. Thank you. So, warming up, I'm going to throw every disc in my bag. And typically, like if the course calls for it, I'll throw that type of shot for, you know, maybe let's say hole two calls for like a straight to stable putter shot. I'll actually throw my P3X on the same exact line as I would on the course just to get me warmed up. Typically for a round, I try to get to some type of area like three hours before my round and I just throw straight putters over and over and over on different angles to get my body warmed up and my mind warmed...
