I just figured out the one thing you're missing from your forehand. So, one of the biggest mistakes I see when people are learning the forehand or trying to improve their forehand is the lack of spin. A lot of people have power, but they have that super wobbly flight path. That's no good for win consistency or hitting your angles. So, today I'll show you guys kind of the trick that I use on the Pro Tour that allows me to forehand any stability of disc, any speed of disc, any shape of disc. Here is the trick. A lot of people push their fingers into the rim and turn them sideways, but for me, that's never worked. So, I turn mine a little more into the flight plate. They're not exactly flat. Uh, but I can throw a forehand by pretty much only grabbing the flight plate. So, basically, if you imagine this had no rim and it was just a flat piece of plastic, I'm still able to pinch it really hard. You can't take it out of my hand, but you can see this little extra pivot that it has, and that helps me generate more spin. It kind of acts as another lever just like your wrist, your elbow. Uh, now you have the fingers as a lever. I want to clarify, I still am grabbing the rim, but instead of putting my pressure down into the rim, it's actually up into the flight plate, and it's more of a pinch between the thumb and the two fingers on the bottom there. So, it's kind of like it's going to look like kind of like that over top. So, that's where I get the uh the spin from. Demonstrate, we're going to throw this is my putting putter. So, usually for most people it' be pretty wobbly, but because I'm able to get more spin while not having as much speed, I should be able to keep it pretty straight and flat for a long time. So, going to rip it right out out that basket. No effort, super spinny money. Now, we'll try one putting the pressure into the rim and really driving forward. You'll see it's probably going to be a little wobbly. And for me, that's just how I have to do it to generate the spin. I have to get the...
