USC time. A little breezy out there trying to defend the title, so I give it all I got. >> First on the box from Urbandale, Iowa, your defending champion, Genanon Burr. Yo yo, round one's over. >> Going to be short and sweet. Um, >> biggest shank I've ever seen you throw. >> 18 was bad. The footing was horrible, but uh, hold one. Get hold one. Get hold with a nice little birdie putt there. And uh then it kind of got slow. I was like throwing decent shots but not getting like rewarded it felt like. And sometimes like you play rounds where you throw decent shots and you get birdies. And then today just wasn't one of those. It's too swirly. Third shot in five I thought was perfect and then somehow skipped and rolled a B by an inch and then saved par there. >> Bad skip on six and miss seven and next thing you know get the eight get the bird there but uh nine they chang this here is a pretty pivotal shot in the round and uh just headwind's just ripping I feel like I just on the front nine today I just every time I step up so much wind and it like would not stop and I don't know just kind of felt like I was getting screwed I didn't play my best mid round feels like every time I step up to it somewhere just blows wind swirly but got the eagle. That was nice. Peace. Um really the shot that hurt me the most was hole 11. Uh I threw a what I thought was a perfect T- shot out of my hand. Loved it. And it just like keeps turning and then drops straight into the top of a bush. And I'm like like that's so annoying. I thought I threw it perfect. I'm basically reaching and I didn't get up and down. So I took a six instead of three. It's like right there is all the strokes. If I just three that hole, I'm feeling pretty good. Um, played decent the rest of the round, you know, got 14, 15, 16, but 18 through a good drive and just kind of sold. Oh my gosh. >> Three down. It's not the end of the world. I know I can pop off a couple hot...
