What is up everyone? I am here with Josh from Overthrow Disc Golf, one of the I guess most well-known disc golf coaches, especially on YouTube. So, uh it's a pleasure to be with him today. We're going to talk about kind of breaking down my form and emphasizing exactly what I think about what I throw um to get the results that I do. So, let's get right into it. >> All right. So, I think that uh there are a lot of visible differences in the way that we would coach people. And I think part of it is probably how uh you approach like encourse golf versus how I approach an ideal like disc golf form if >> Okay. Yeah. Yeah, that makes sense. >> I think uh we get a lot of comments when you post a video that's kind of different than what we write. And then we'll get comments, well, Ganon said this. >> I've seen them. I've seen like, well, Josh said this, blah, blah, blah. >> Yeah. Yeah. And I think probably in context, we might agree on a couple things on like in your form to help you score. You talk a lot about your left side. Can you go through kind of what's important there? >> Yeah. Yeah. So, for me, scoring well will always override throwing far or throwing like impressive shots and stuff like that. So, for me to score my best and the most consistency, I like to use my left shoulder as kind of like a almost like like a weight that kind of and it's kind of the back the back edge of the of the shoulder is kind of pushing the disc. And a big difference I've seen especially like me versus like AB is you see AB will really come here and then he'll open up. It'll kind of be braced and his arm will kind of go out like that. I even on my distance shots and this just happens for me, you know, using the left shoulder over time. I get it to my left shoulder. We have the same about power pocket, but then I keep rotating with it on my left shoulder still and it releases about here while my shoulders are kind of more faced toward you where I see a lot of those distance guys really like...
