What's good, Foundation Nation? Today, I'm setting my PR round at Camp Hideway. Is it enough to break 60? We'll find out. [music and screaming] >> Lot of confidence there. >> What is your PR? >> I don't know. >> So, how do you know this is it? >> Oh, I can feel it. >> Okay, >> let me talk to you really quick. Speaking of PRs, I went on my run today during lunch like I do most days and I went out there and I said, well, I'm not going to say any numbers, but I went out there and I said, I need a win today cuz I got two things on the docket today. Run during this lunch and go play hideway later. And I need to win at both. So, let's start with our run. I'm setting a PR. Didn't have time for a three for a 5K. So, no three mile, two mile set out for my 5K. I get a mile in. I'm I'm running at a good pace for me. So, just imagine what a really fast pace is. And I started to get a cramp in my side. I'm like, h, okay, it's okay. Today just wasn't the day I get a cramp in my side. I'm like, no, you got this, Con. And then I'm running running and I say, Lord, please cause this pain to subside in my body. And I took two more steps. I SAID, "NO, NEVER MIND. DON'T GET RID OF THE PAIN. Keep the pain. Instead, give me the strength to persevere." And I did for another mile. That pain, it gets worse. It gets worse and worse. It doesn't subside, but my strength becomes so strong. It stands no chance. I finished my two miles 50 seconds faster than my previous two-mile time. That is a win. But today, we're getting another PR because out here there's going to be cramps. There's going to be I might I might bogey a hole. I might miss a pup. There's going to be a cramps. But I don't want the pain to go away. Instead, I need the strength to persevere and break 60 today. Dang it. >> I can run through it. Look at the name of this course. Hide. I swear it said camp hideway at some point. Camp camp hide. There's a reason....
