They Ruined The Best Hole In Disc Golf
The Best Hole In Disc Golf has been altered, and pro players are speaking out against the changes. The infamous hole 16 from last year's European Open is back, but with new rules that have sparked controversy among fans. European Open champion AB will remember the infamous collapse where he struggled to throw discs in bounds, now the bunker rule has changed. Players must rethrow their previous lie or continue from a designated Drop Zone one - a spot 328 feet away from the OB. This change is expected to make the hole more forgiving, but also less exciting for fans who loved the original's high-pressure nature. Pro player Reb shares his thoughts on the changes, calling them "my least favorite thing ever." The discussion raises questions about the balance between safety and challenge in disc golf, and whether the new rules will ruin the best holes of the game.
