foreign let's go ahead and jump straight into it we're going to start it off with the Nikola Castro suspension being reduced so it's been reduced by a third um which basically just means it's now a six month suspension so he'll be able to start the 2023 uh Pro Tour season um because I believe February 8th is the date that it'll be done and the pro tour begins a little bit after that according to ulti world he his probation period has been up from 15 months to 18 months so essentially the total probation and suspension period together is the same it's just a suspension period has been shortened by three months yeah if you're Nicola cash right now you're probably on top of the world because now yeah this is obviously really sucked and you're about to miss usdgc but in the back of your mind you're like hey you know everybody's off season starts in a couple weeks and then we'll all be on the same page again I'll you know get get back on track next season I the most interesting thing I thought about this article is like I don't really like what I don't have a problem like a lot this happens a lot where you have an appeal and there's a suspension reduced like it's not like that crazy um and it doesn't shock me either I think it it probably makes sense to end the suspense in it suspension at the end of the season the most weird thing about this was the PDGA just like completely declining to comment um I forget what the phrase was in there but like basically they didn't get any give any reasoning for the PDGA does not comment on player disciplinary matters right so that's stupid yes like what about like the PDGA has such a like they they are so careful to protect themselves that so that nobody can say they're wrong about anything that they're just like yeah if there's anything controversial where it's not going to make a statement we're just going to make our ruling and you guys need to deal with it um basically it was it's happening there I guess but yeah so like why like it would be great to know like just release a statement being like after the appeal we decided blah blah blah...
