Building The Bag//EP 3//Mid-Ranges

Join [Creator's Name] as he continues his Building The Bag series, focusing on mid-ranges in episode 3. In this installment, [Creator's Name] explores the importance of mid-range discs in his bag and shares his approach to selecting the perfect disc for each shot shape and distance. He discusses his preferences for stable slots, specifically the super oval stable slot, where he chooses between the Malta and Buzz Os discs. These discs offer different flight characteristics and comfort levels for backhand throws, with [Creator's Name] leaning towards the Malta due to its smaller diameter and consistent performance. Additionally, [Creator's Name] tries out a Wasps disc, sharing his concerns about its larger size and potential inconsistency in feel compared to other mid-range options. Through these discs and techniques, [Creator's Name] aims to help viewers refine their own mid-range bags and improve their overall disc golf game.

what's going on guys welcome back to episode three of my building the bag series in this episode i am talking about mid-ranges so let's look at the flight and then jump right into it so like i've said in previous videos i'm basically trying to find a disc to fit every shot shape and distance in my bag um it's going to be kind of the same with mid-ranges however with how far puddles kind of go i don't really feel like i need as many mids in my bag i can kind of go away from a puddle to a fairway but there are some spots where i do need a mid to kind of fill that gap and uh that's what i'm gonna talk about here so for that super oval stable slot i threw a malta and i buzz os and the main difference between these is the size of them so a malt is actually a small diameter mid so it feels like a puddle in my hand which i really like and the buzz os is a wide diameter so it's a more common kind of size for a mid-range um so for for those reasons i like the the malt a lot more for backhand they have a very similar flight shape so i'll probably go with the multiple my bag the one positive about the buzz os is that it's actually really really comfortable for sideal so it can definitely fill a slot for that but with zones i feel like i don't really need that in my bag so most likely going to have malta's in my bag throughout the whole season so next up i threw a wasp and i really like the flight of this disc it has a nice oval stable just dependable consistent flight but the thing i don't like about it is the size of it this is even bigger than that buzz os i was talking about while normal buzz it's really wide and uh just kind of uncomfortable for my hand i'm used to throwing puddles and fairways and drywalls a lot and those have a small diameter also just the inconsistency from those discs to the to the size of the wasp is what i don't like um but the the flight is really is is great and uh a lot of people...
