What's up guys? Brody here. I've had some comments about you guys on the backhand huck about how it's not traveling the way you want it to. It's either floating too much or it's drifting away from your target. And that can be uh that can be the cause of two reasons. The first is you're not the angle of the disc is not inside out and pointing down when you release it. Okay, remember I want the disc when it's coming out of my hand to be inside out, but also if you watch the tip of the edge here, it's kind of pointing down towards the ground. If you have it inside out and you have it released like this where it's just that small edge difference, okay, here versus here, that's going to get the wind to catch it underneath and it's going to float the disc up in the air and that's not what we want. Also, if you're not finishing your release, that also could be a reason for the disc to float and to kind of fade away from your throw. If I come through here, okay, I wind up and I come through and then as I'm releasing, I bring my arm up here, okay, rather than through my throw. That's also going to create the disc to go up in the air, get the wind underneath and have it float. Okay? We don't want that. So, to fix it, remember, point it is down. Okay? get the tip the edge here pointing down and drive through the throw the entire way. Okay? And that'll help you out. So, I'll show you one kind of the bad way and then one of the good way. So, this is an example of not what we want. So, as you can see on those throws, the disc is floating a lot. That's going to give the defense a lot of time to come underneath and help. Also, it's really hard for an offensive player to read that disc. A disc that floats in the air, it's gonna be really difficult. So, we want the disc to drive through the air. And I'm gonna show you an example of what we want it to look like. So, hopefully that helped you guys out.
