what's up guys it's Brody I'm here with Tim uh we're actually on the beach right now a lot of you guys have asked how do I throw in the wind well there's not a better place to go than the beach for a windy day um it's probably pushing right now actually 30 mph so that's a little more extreme but that way we can show exactly the fundamentals that you need to be able to actually complete passes in a windy day first start off by showing the back end if you haven't checked out the how to throw a back end video yet make sure to check that out first basically in a windy situation like it is today the biggest thing is to get a lot of wrist snap on the disc to throw the disc lower than normal and also make sure the disc is pointing down okay we don't we can't really afford to throw it flat needs to be Point down so I'm going show a couple examples of that so that was the back end and I'm throwing obviously upwind in this situation I'm going to now throw the flick same thing shorter passes you have to really make sure that you're snapping your wrist more than normal and you got to tilt the disc down okay if you throw flat like this it's going to get eaten up in the wind you got to tilt the disc down snap your wrist a lower release angle and that's going to help you the most okay all right so now we just showed you how to throw a normal backend a normal flick 15 or 20 yards up wind now we're going to show how to throw a shorter pass downwind it's just as important the big things the key in on here guys is the wind is going to push the disc down so we can no longer afford to throw low passes if you're going to throw a low pass you better throw it fast High passes with a lot of wrist snap is what we want here okay all right that's the back end now we're going to talk about the flick same thing a lot of wrist snap higher release than normal if you're going to throw that low relase flick down wind you got to throw with a...
