the other throw I throw in games is a high relase forehand okay it's just same exact throw as the Lefty back end it just comes out a little quicker so if I'm here and I want to break the mark to Connor I'm just going to wait and throw up above Stanley right here okay so I'm pivoting and then I quickly snap notice how quick of a throw this is it's a very simple movement I'm just using my wrist and my forearm to generate the power to get the disc to where I want it to go have to do grip as the forehand guys the only difference is you're lifting up you got to make sure you break the wrist okay you can't throw a high release forehand with the disc vertical it's going to go right into the ground I have to break my wrist here and I'm going to start low come up and then throw okay if you start high and try to throw it it's not going to come out right so start low here and then come up and then throw that lifting motion the low to high is what really is going to allow you to get the disc up above your shoulder level to make this forehand pass if you try to throw it by just having your hand up high already it's GNA be very difficult as you can see I'm dropping my arm down I'm bringing it up and as I bring it up I'm then cocking my wrist back and throwing it forward so I hope you guys enjoyed the high release forehand uh be sure to click the videos above if you haven't already seen these um I'm headed up to Colorado this weekend for Colorado cup um to play with double wide and uh first tourament of the season so I'm super excited about that so be sure to follow um my Twitter which I'll put on the bottom and I'll be updating uh our status all weekend thanks guys and uh we'll see you later
