what's up guys today we're going to learn how to pull a pull in frisbee what it is is basically like the kickoff in football okay it's when both teams line up and Signal Readiness one team throws it off to the next team and that's what's going to start Play All right so the first thing we're going to learn is the grip the grip is very similar to a backhand hook grip the only thing you're going to change okay backhand hook I said to really try to get your thumb as close to the rim as possible you're going to exaggerate that even more okay and one thing I like to do is I kind of like to loosen my hand up a little bit and get you want to get all your fingers underneath the rim again okay Loos your hand up and kind of set it like that to where your thumb is resting on the rim okay and that's going to allow you to really generate a lot of spin all right so now we're going to talk about the approach when you pull guys you don't need a pivot foot okay so you're not going to be standing still and throwing it off to the other team so what you want to use is you want to use your momentum to generate a lot of force going forward and that's going to increase your your distance the one thing I do want to talk about is you should have the same routine every single time when you pull if you look at basketball players shooting free throws if you look like golfers when they're going to make a putt they do the same exact thing every single time you shouldn't walk up to the line and not understand what you're going to do okay so have the same routine every single time before you pull all right for my Approach I like to get about 10 yards or so away from the line we're going to use this disc as kind of a marker for where a line would be since we don't have a line out here on this field you want to get in a good spot you don't want to be too close okay if I'm here going to pull I'm not going to be able to generate a lot...
