So, how do I throw the disc further? That's a question I've been asked a lot. If you've ever watched me play, you know that I love to huck the disc. And so, what we're going to teach today is we're going to show you how to huck a backhand. We're going to change your grip a little bit. We're going to change how you move with your arm motion. And then, we're going to change your lower body. We're going to add a little uh extra rotation in your core. And that's really going to help you get that extra 20 yards that you're really looking for. Okay. And so for the grip, we're not going to change a whole lot. Kind of just going to make everything get a little closer. So if I'm holding the disc as if I was going to throw a normal backhand, my thumb is going to be right here on the ring. So, to gain those extra 20 yards, a lot of it's going to come in the shoulders. Okay, a big shoulder turn. If you play golf, you've heard that a lot. Okay. When players can hit the ball really far, they have a really, really nice shoulder turn. And same with a uh backhand. Okay. When I come over, I'm gonna have a really big shoulder turn. Okay, really big shoulder turn. And now with the disc, when it's back here, I really want the disc kind of pointing towards the ground. Okay, that's really going to allow the disc to come out, inside out, and then flatten out as it goes. Okay, we want the disc to go inside out and then as it travels,...
