Welcome once again disc golf fans to the 2025 PDGA Junior World Championships brought to you and presented by Dynamic Distance PDGA Major coming to you from Emporia Kansas. We are out here at Peter Pan Park for round one back in the commentary booth productions. It is Felix >> and Conrad. Big shout out to Infinite Disc for making this coverage possible. Conrad, we already seen some hot putting from Shelby Cowan. Couple of these ladies already under par chasing Virginia Pog Horn who's off in one of the earlier cards and off to an early lead. We'll take a look at the leaderboard here to see what we are looking at. She has six strokes on the next competitor. Uh one of those competitors been on our card shelby. We'll see if she can uh dwindle that lead a little bit. Uh see what the rest of the field has for the back nine. Starting here on on hold >> 10. One of the easier ones. Ranked 14th hardest. Par three 268 ft. Mandatory on the right hand side that you have to navigate around. You do have out of bounds on the lefth hand side with the water out of bounds right that cart path and street coming in to play as well. Really just want to put yourself anywhere on the left side facing away from the danger and give yourself a clean putt. But being on the high right side also not a bad thing. You just want to make sure you make that mando and let yourself look on the green to actually get the two here. It's 40% of the field we're collecting birdies on today's round. Forehand. A good play here. >> I like it. Using the hill to check up the speed. >> Mhm. See a backhand coming in. >> I don't know that we've seen Kayla really ever throw forehand. Yeah, >> she tries to hit Shel's disc on the ground, but >> that one's sailing to the right. >> Sit down and does right at Circle's edge. >> That's the putt that you were trying to avoid there. Going right back towards the water, >> especially while it's windy. >> Yeah, you have to It's far enough where you have to give it some ump and that can bring in, you know, a skip a ramp off the top...
