ARP - Disc Review - Luna Proto
The Luna Proto from ARP is put through its paces in a thorough disc review. The reviewer examines the jawbreaker plastic putter's unique blend of stiffness and grip, finding it to be a comfortable fit for their hand despite being bead-less. This new formulation allows for a clean release and overall feel reminiscent of popular putters like the Challenger and AVR. The Luna Proto is tested in both spin and deloft putting styles, with results showing its suitability as a primary spin putter. Its ability to hold line and stability over longer distances are also highlighted. The reviewer showcases the putter's performance on upshots, including four-handed forehand approaches, where it impresses with its torque-holding capabilities. Viewers interested in disc golf equipment, putting techniques, and product reviews will find this video informative and engaging, featuring ARP's innovative Luna Proto model.

we have the Luna prototype by this craft here in the jawbreaker plastic this is a bead less putter there is no bead on the bottom pretty normal depth on a putter feels almost about the same depth as a challenger or a AVR the jawbreaker plastic this new mixture is a little bit stiffer than normal jawbreaker plastic it still has a good amount of grip to it though I think with humidity or if you look your finger there's gonna be an even better grip that you get on this putter and it just feels like it would be a clean release coming out of the hand feels good overall let's see how it flies the Luna as an actual putting putter feels pretty good coming out of the hand I'm more used to having a bead on my putter but this one still came out relatively clean this new blend of jawbreaker plastic does have a little bit of extra grip enos to it it is firmer than some of the usual runs of jawbreaker plastic from this craft you're not gonna see a big difference in flight of this disc when it comes to a putter from really anything inside of 20 when you start to get further out 2530 feet you'll start to see that the disc does become a little bit stable towards the end which forces you to really commit to your putts so if you're a spin putter this will hold up very well if you're giving it that extra bit of pop from your wrist to get it towards the target some of these putts I was using a little bit more loft which was still getting there but you can see they're gonna start to fade out on you a little bit if you're just more of a loft putter so definitely made more for a spin putter type of spin putt versus a deloft type of putt overall though they fly great out of the hand they're straight they make you commit to the putt so we wanted to test out the Luna for some up shots and we decided to go ahead and try some four hands not surprisingly this this holds up very well for forehand approaches it's able to take of the torque from a forehand and it holds the line very well and towards the...
