all right we've got the dga tempest and the pro line plastic today uh nice looking distance is a fast 13 speed driver with some under stability according to the numbers just kind of getting a feel for the proline plastic is a good amount of give to it but definitely some stiffness as well it feels like a premium plastic for sure not a pop top pretty smooth overall a thin wing here which you would expect for a 13 speed driver as you can see the top here there's no real shoulder to it just kind of smoothly goes up into the actual flight plate now underneath here for for this type of speed and driver you can tell by the way that this is kind of a flat bottom here that it's going to be relatively understable you don't have that bump up that you would see on some more stable drivers like a destroyer or something of that type underneath here pretty uh comfortable fit for the hands for both a forehand grip as well as a backhand power grip not too deep underneath and again i'm liking the tackiness and the feel overall this looks like it's going to be fast coming out of the hand so let's get to the field and try it out all right here we go with the dga tempest in the field this first throw is just to get an idea of what this disc is gonna do when thrown flat knowing that this is a high speed driver at a speed 13 there you see the numbers that glide to five turn of negative three and the fade of two now keeping in mind that i am more of an intermediate disc golfer uh 13 speed for me to be able to get a disc up to that speed requires a ton normally with a disc this fast it would just be kind of a hyzer machine but because of the glide and the somewhat under stability for my uh arm speed this disc actually becomes quite workable so it's not something that's only going to fit for an advanced arm it's really made to fit kind of players of my level to help you get added additional distance which is always cool to see on the course but as you can see it still does let you...
