good afternoon I'm Ian toner of ultiworld here with Ryan frell veteran of Johnny Bravo and A Team USA World Games Champion uh Ryan there's been a lot of hype leading up to these Tri outs everyone's been working really hard it's now in the books how do you think the weekend went for you uh I feel good about the weekend for me you know haven't been through the process before I felt really comfortable coming in doing my own thing trying to play my game and uh not extend myself in any way that that I wouldn't in a regular Club situation sure and and what goals you know having been through this a tryy out process like this before what goals did you have for yourself coming in yeah that's me and my wife talked about uh my positivity okay all right and I felt like that was part of what made the world games experience the frisbe experience that I've ever had and uh I know that this will be a totally different thing but that positivity and social element uh interacting with the people that I've always played against is like the thing that makes it the most enjoyable sure is there anything you learned about you know the competition as a whole or you know guys you've played against a lot that kind of surprised you coming out of this weekend I don't think I was too surprised by anything that I saw I will say the level of play was like a semis or a finals uh throughout the process and that was we only get so many of those in our whole lives so to have one of them here the weather was beautiful the play was super high level so uh I just tried to relish that right only so many opportunities that people get um if you were you know giving any kind of advice to people who are preparing for next weekend obviously they've been preparing for quite a while what would you say rest up uh yeah we we went hard man we were all kind of laughing about it this morning and last night about maybe tougher than the end of a a tournament day sure I mean the volume of reps you guys were getting especially yesterday was you're not even going to get that in...
