Video Product Review: Friction Warms

James Klein from Ultimate World reviews Friction Warms, new warm gloves designed to tackle cold temperatures in Boston, Massachusetts. In his review, James puts the gloves to the test, revealing that they excel between 40°F and 30°F. However, once the temperature drops below 25°F, the gloves start to feel the chill. With exceptional grip on the disc, James notes that while the gloves provide a great feeling for throwing, the extra padding and thickness may affect his technique. Notably, James praises the gloves' ability to stay dry, but acknowledges the moisture trapped underneath the material. For optimal performance, he recommends the Friction Warms when temperatures are above 40°F, suggesting that the regular friction gloves achieve a happy medium in warmer conditions. With its impressive warmth and grip capabilities, James concludes that the Friction Warm Gloves are an excellent choice for cold-weather throwing enthusiasts.

what's up everyone I'm James Klein here for ulti world and we are here in Boston Massachusetts where it is 34 degrees outside which makes it perfect weather to try out friction gloves new warm gloves the first thing I notice about these gloves is the softness of the inside of the gloves they're like actual winter gloves I've actually been wearing them as normal gloves these past couple weeks because it's been so cold in Boston I wanted to test how they do in certain temperatures and what I found was between like 40 and 30 degrees the gloves are perfect but once you get below like 25 degrees you can start feeling it in your hands the grip on the gloves is spectacular I felt like those first couple throws there's too much grip on it because I was used to throwing with my bare hands the first time I tried these out my throws were definitely a little bit off what keeps your hands warm is the thickness of the gloves and that's the one thing I don't like when I throw I like to have a feel for the disc and the extra padding and the gloves prevents them they're better than normal friction gloves in terms of staying dry but you can still feel that moisture underneath the gloves the thickness of the regular friction gloves is a happy medium for me when it's above 40 degrees but anything colder than 40 I recommend the friction warm gloves signing off for all t world I'm James Klein
