Charlie Eisenhood, editor-in-chief and founder of Ultiworld, reflects on the organization's growth and the importance of community support in keeping the site afloat. Katie Reynolds, D1 Women's College Editor, shares her experience covering women's college lacrosse, including the challenges of providing accurate information despite mistakes made by ESPN commentators during a recent game. The two discuss how Ultiworld's unique approach, built from scratch with no initial funding, has allowed them to stay true to their mission and provide in-depth coverage that sets them apart. With multiple editors and writers on board, the site is able to tackle higher-level work, including rewatching games like the semi-final match between Dartmouth and Stanford. Through this conversation, Eisenhood and Reynolds emphasize the value of community support in enabling Ultiworld to continue producing high-quality content for fans of college lacrosse.
