hello and welcome back to another episode of laying it out i'm your host scottie dempsey and i'm chelsea pockets and today we are doing a spring cleaning episode where we kind of go through what our not necessarily goals for the season are but the things that we want to like brush off maybe air out and just kind of shake out into the wind when we as we're going into both like club season tryouts and um just the weather getting nicer in general yeah a little bit of frisbee a little bit of just mental and general physical health because frisbee is not the only thing in our life even though it seems like it a lot of the time oh yes yes man speaking of you know things going on in my life um i realized that taking days off of work is really important um you know i never really did that in college i realized i also never missed a day of high school i know a lot of friends took mental health days from high school but i was too anxious and everything to do that so um yeah i would probably say i'm pretty burned out right now and luckily i have some pto days coming up um so that'll help me recharge and reset but man it's kind of crazy like i haven't been actively stressed at work but it just like it's like wow this is the rest of your life this is never going to end so it was it's a it's a well-timed you know little little mental yeah episode yeah no that's good i'm glad you're taking some pto today i know like i was texting scotty earlier she took a she took a sick day today a little mental health day and now yeah glad to hear you have pto scheduled because that's important yeah i do um today yeah i mean oh my god last night i was like i couldn't sleep and i was like well yeah i'm i was legitimately not well yeah even if you're not like physically sick and have like a runny nose or whatever like sometimes you are like need a sick day like yeah so yeah that's good and monday monday is the perfect time to do it yeah yeah so i mean i'll get back tomorrow and...
