score Team Canada take home the goal it could be too far now Oh What A Catch puts a spicy forehead out in front of Naomi morilla move for the win Team Canada Garen woo Santos with the layout grab oh a fantastic grab the claw of chaa Canada just became the world champions Canada and the rest of the world you're listening to the Huck podcast I'm your current solo host here today thean living in St Katherine's Ontario thank you for tuning in uh we're kind of going bi-weekly right now uh during the offseason of course and I guess it's in season for college we're going to talk about that this week uh and uh a lot of news to get to missed a bunch of news in kind of recent episodes so there's a lot of ultimate Canada news I want to share you probably already know might be living under a rock if you haven't but going to get to that uh quick personal update it's always weird to do the get to know you segment by yourself but um yeah I've been just uh vibing at work that's the the main thing focusing on uh our provincial and national championships coming up for some of our teams at Brock so um yeah if you're interested you can follow the Brock Badger Instagram account um me and part A Team help run that and uh yeah I get to cover really cool athletes uh I get to see different athletes U obviously in different sports and I just think about what what would it be like if they played frisbee so you know I cover our volleyball teams I'm like if this 64 outside hitter played Frisby what would happen so I of to think about that kind of stuff but uh overall um yeah I've been doing a little bit better um with some of the stuff I talked about before mental health wise so appreciate um yeah if you um some a couple people reached out but also just uh yeah appreciate people who share their own story of mental health and uh their journey through that so as I said before recommend um you talk to somebody uh because everyone's got stuff to work through that's that's my opinion but anyways uh we're going to go into the news lots of ultimate...
