Santos with the layout grab oh that fantastic grab the claws of Chopper Canada just became the world champion Canada and the rest of the world you're listening to hakane podcast I'm Theo on one of your hosts living in Kingston Ontario flying solo once again gonna do a little more of what we did last week a little quick hits episode got lots of news to talk about as well as multiple tournament previews so get stoked about that on this episode quick little life update I was in Hamilton all weekend at the Youth Sports volleyball championship and it just made me first of all realize how much I love volleyball one of the first sports I got into as a young person of all made me realize that I hope ultimate could get to that stage one day so watching Mac play Trinity Western in the semi-final that gym was packed it was sold out so loud it'd be cool if one day you saw McMaster let's say versus Le Guelph or Laurier on and on the field their Stadium Ron Joyce fans packing the stands come on that's that's a that's a pipe dream but hoping for that one day also this weekend I'll be in New York actually New York City as well but we'll be going to West Point where Army is and traveling with our men's volleyball team as they play in a one day tournament so pretty excited about that uh get to go experience uh that place that everyone talks about West Point and uh no I'm gonna have a good time hopefully and then it's banquet season uh over here at Athletics and then uh kind of getting ready for frisbee try out so if you've uh been living under a rock lots of teams have been announcing tryouts so make sure you look to your local Discord or all the teams that are out there in your local area I know some teams have already wrapped up we talked about general strike before but lots of teams getting tryouts going so check it out talk to friends that are in the ultimate community that can help you point you to a team my advice I'm sure if Danny was here uh give you the same advice just try out for all the teams you can I mean even if...
