welcome to double overtime ultra world's professional ultimate league podcast we are back after a little bit of a break as college nationals wearing a full swing glad to be back with you though in our little recording studio virtual of course i'm jenna he's sasha sasha you were in milwaukee i was going to be in milwaukee before deciding that traveling was and uh covering college nationals in person for older was not going to end up being the best for how ridiculous a month may was for me but you were milwaukee commentating the color of ultimate game how was it it seemed like a blast i know those big tournaments always are yeah it was it was a lot of fun i've uh never been to college nationals before and um i it was it was a great time loved watching the high level college frisbee live loved watching the color of ultimate game that you said i was uh they're commentating um in the booth there we were doing like it was like a full espn broadcast like with all their equipment and everything like you're using all the espn equipment to do this broadcast which was a really cool experience super fancy yeah because like normally it's just you know some random tv that someone sets up that is connected by an hdmi to the broadcast so i can see the replays and what's going on and then a headset but this one had you know two monitors and they had someone talking in our ears for stuff and yeah it was really cool and it was a four-person booth right there were four of y'all doing commentating of varying types so yeah so there was there was three of us doing the live stream commentary um articaliande um lily nong and myself and then christian cortez was doing the pa announcements for the crowd oh god god i got it yeah because i was seeing four names but i wasn't sure who all was involved in which parts i mean color of ultimate games i think routinely um i remember going to the one that was held at oh i'm gonna mess this up i'm pretty sure it was a throwback uh la throwback in january 2020 before the pandemic just amazingly happened always bringing such a high level of play and just such...
