thank you welcome to deep look multiworld's weekly radio show by the current state of ultimate I'm the host and the editor of Charlie eisenhood joining me is ulti World senior editor Keith Raynor and it is episode number one of 2023 Keith Happy New Year Happy New Year to you as well Charlie and uh uh to our listeners too uh fresh fresh slate with 2023 underway and looking forward to it hopefully a great year for ultimate I'm I'm excited I mean we've got a we've got a normal College season coming up the rankings are back Keith it's been a while it's been a while like I know what do you want to remember how to bid watch anymore I don't I don't know I don't know 2020 you know the season gets shut cut short and then 2021 we don't really have a season and then 2022 the rankings still don't count so finally we are back and uh maybe the Northeast the you know New England won't get uh crushed this year Keith well I mean the storyline to me that everybody's gonna be looking at is Colorado versus UNC I mean that is that is the story going into 2023 to me and I'm excited to see how it plays out we've we've had these kind of Juggernaut like 1v2 feeling Seasons before and we didn't always get the 1v2 which is a great surprise in and of itself but like that's the starting point for me and uh that's what's going to find the first part of this ultimate season I think well it's going to be a lot of fun and we've got some exciting stuff in store for this season I feel like we can go ahead and break a little news here on the show I know I know for the first time well after the first time uh but we are significantly expanding our live coverage of the college season so in the past we have streamed at some tournaments particularly uh Stanford invite and Easterns as well as occasionally Northwest challenge but this year we are planning to be doing live streaming from a number of events throughout the season beginning with the Santa Barbara invite at the end of January and uh this is going to be a significant expansion in terms of your ability to follow...
