Men's final at Florida warm-up in some not so warm conditions. Carlton Cut matching up with UMass Zudisk. Two championship contenders going at it in the early regular season. Both teams undefeated to get to this point as Sar Maleretti the rookie phenom finding Declan Miller for the clean Carlton hold to start this game. First offensive point for UMass. Multiple turnovers and one of them is a foot block from Nate de Morgan. Unfortunately for cut fans, UMass still gets the hold as Kayn Mcweeny high stall eventually going to fire up a hammer to a very open Griffin G in the back of the end zone. A throw into traffic for Maloretti is no problem as he'll take the contact and the score and it's 3-2 Carlton. Carlton got a clean hold and looking to get a break for half and a Thomas shop block is certainly going to help that cause. They go right out on the run. Defender perhaps caught sleeping as Carlton gets the break and they take half up 75. [cheering] [applause] UMass unfased out of the break [cheering] as we see Kelman high stall situation. Needs something. Going to go with the hammer to a diving Mason Stone. An ensuing offensive point for Carlton. A big pull coming up from Gavin Abrahamson and Finn Ferman trying to catch it.
