Prodigy Discs Is Delusional

Prodigy Discs is put under scrutiny by Jefferson, who shares his thoughts on the company's approach and why it may be delusional. Drawing from interviews with new Prodigy CEO Will Shri, former sponsored player Isaac Robinson, and Discraft's Bob Julio, Jefferson explores the contradictions in these accounts and highlights the concerns surrounding Prodigy's marketing strategy. He discusses how the company supported struggling players by providing them with a signature disc, which was seen as a low-risk investment. However, despite having a legendary team with big-name players, many who didn't invest in the company left early, while others sold out when they became World Champions. Jefferson delves into these issues and shares his opinion on why Prodigy's approach may not be sustainable.
