good morning everyone it is day 14 i believe and today i'm bringing you along to one of my elbow rehab sessions and uh i am out here let's see if i can zoom in on this sign actually champion physical therapy and performance quick update on the whole elbow situation i took about five weeks off after the pro tour finals and then i played another round and it actually felt worse than it did before i took five weeks off i contacted seth muncie who was uh the disc golf strong guy anyway he has obviously contacts around the us i think even around the world when it comes to physical therapy and seth told me that this group right here is kind of like what he learned from and these guys work a lot with college athletes and even pro athletes especially like basketball and baseball love throwing athletes gymnasts just they have so much experience when it comes to any kind of injury and elbow i think is actually one of the most common one obviously for baseball players last week i asked if i can bring my camera along and everyone was yeah no problem so i'm gonna have a session an hour session today with dave and i'll just i'll just see what happens put the camera in his face see what he has to say and uh show you guys some nice workouts and some nice stretches for the elbow because probably a lot of people are struggling with this without any further ado let's go inside and see what's up in the gym they heat up my arm and then do a bunch of uh stretches and workouts with it but we'll see we'll need to have david introduce himself this is my third time here three weeks yep and you are a physical therapist sports physical therapist and a strength conditioning coach and this is your first time working with a pro disc golfer this is yes this is but all elbows are the same so we've treated your condition a lot of times just not you okay so what are we doing next here yes so one thing we have to work on is bringing a lot of the muscles of your forearm attached to right up through your elbow so you have some issues going on with your ucl...
