TEACHING MYSELF TO THROW LEFTY!! #1

Lizat attempts to teach herself how to throw left-handed in this tutorial, aiming to improve her game and overall health by adopting a more balanced approach. Building on her 25 years of primarily throwing right-handed, she seeks to master the left-handed technique to alleviate elbow issues and promote overall well-being. Drawing from the advice of multiple medical professionals and sports experts, Lizat breaks down the differences between her natural right-handed throw and a mirrored left-handed attempt, providing valuable insights for beginners. By comparing her lefty form with perfectly aligned mirror images in slow motion, she highlights common mistakes to watch out for and shares an effective method for self-teaching, using her own footage alongside professional models.

good morning everyone we are back at it and today is the day where i am going to start throwing left-handed mainly for two reasons my elbow still isn't feeling as good as i wanted to and another reason throwing lefty is good for your body that's all i've ever heard multiple doctors or physical therapists or other players have always told me that having a balance in everything in life really is always healthy and i've been so one-sided for so many years 25 years i've been throwing with my right arm only and i pretty much have no lefty game i'm gonna throw one shot righty and one shot lefty and then in my editing program mirror the righty shot so it looks like i'm throwing lefty and then put them side by side and see the differences try to teach myself how to throw lefty this is episode one so we'll see if this works i'm excited i think it will benefit my game and my health so here we go lizat trying to learn how to throw lefty highly recommended all right welcome to home studio we are here in my bedroom comparing my lefty form to my mirrored righty form so on the left right here you can see me this is me actually throwing left-handed and here this is me throwing right-handed but i mirrored the image and i lined them up perfectly so the release is at the exact same frame so let's check it out and see the differences i'll let it play one time just in slow motion obviously right off the bat you can see many differences but let's just go back to here and go frame by frame and i think this could be helpful for beginners as well because my lefty throw i think is a pretty good example for any beginner out there on the typical mistakes you make also the way i'm doing this right now is a great way of teaching yourself just give yourself a lesson like put your favorite pro whoever it is in the left frame or the right frame doesn't really matter and yourself in the other frame try to get the exact same camera angle as the pros throw you chose and then line them up in imovie or whatever you're using to edit there's so many ways out there...
