what up everyone welcome back to the channel this is gonna be a completely different video than I've ever done I don't even know if I'm gonna upload this yet depending on how much I like it when i rewatch this but one of the most frequently asked questions I get is I was born and raised in Germany I lived there for 21 years now I live in the USA how do I like it here what are the differences disc-golf seen Europe compared to us I've been asked this question so many times so I thought it's time to make a video on this what I think about living in the USA playing disc golf in the USA compared to living in Europe living in Germany and playing disc golf over there so this video is completely not to be taken too seriously this is just what I've experienced over the years and obviously I'm not going into politics or religion or anything that really matters so this is just for fun and here we go these are the most significant things in my life that I have noticed over the years between Germany and America let's go all right let's start off with the most obvious most important thing driving a car guys this is this gives me a headache almost driving in the USA compared to driving in Germany it's so two very different stories and I have to start this with the story of my driver's license I've had a driver's license ever since I've been 18 in Germany the process of getting a driver's license in Germany versus the process of getting a driver's license in the US could not be much different in Germany getting a driver's license is super expensive and you have to do hours of hours of driving hours and hours of theory and studying the rules and everything that happens around your car and on traffic it's somewhere between a thousand and two thousand bucks to even sign up for your driver's license that is insane and then it's man I think to take 15 hours to sit in a room with a bunch of other kids or grown-ups or whoever's getting their license and listening to your driving teacher on the rules and everything about driving everything you could ever think of you have to study before doing...
