good morning and welcome to day three this is our hideous success in my book so quick review on the first two days you guys have been killing it and both videos combined there's only one single thumbs down that's what I'm talking about it's made it so much more fun thank you guys for all the part of the feedback great comments I can't wait to show you some more stuff so today a highly requested video was me giving tips doing form critiques doing kind of like an online clinic so here's my first attempt at this by any means I am NOT a teacher I am NOT a professional coach all I'm basically doing is applying logic applying physics applying physics so I hope this is helpful and if this just helps one of you then I consider it a success alright before we get into this I have to give a huge shout out to Michael who volunteered to be our test person to be our forum we critique today so give him some love in the comments for doing this absolutely awesome hopefully helpful to many of you guys and trust me when I say this I've seen a lot worse so let's check out the forms we have three angles back side front let's see them in normal speed and in slow motion then we'll get into it the great thing about Michaels form is that he's a great example for what so many amateur beginners or people in general will struggle with distance yeah he makes similar mistakes to almost everyone who sends me videos to critique their form it's really cool that we have like a really good example here so thank you Michael alright guys so let's get into this we're starting from the ground up this is where you generate about 50% of your potential power foot work is so overlooked but so key and see what can go wrong what we can improve and how to do it the right way we take a nice step forward with our right foot and then step backward you can see Michael takes a slight hop here I don't really recommend hopping it's not really that bad but especially when you're working on form you want to keep it slow you want to keep it level to the ground probably avoid the...
