alright guys something completely different and we're gonna have to rewind a couple months back to when I was in Europe when I was in Finland I went to Turku to do an offseason workout training video that you guys can purchase you guys can do the workouts with me and it's basically just a really cool project and there's a short little vlog about it that you can check out right now cue the video professional I didn't see small job I actually play Ultimate Frisbee but I also play look strong mediocre mediocre the finish the finish are always humble but happy I am here in Turku Finland now after to our car drive and about two hours of sleep I am here with two freaking professionals we're shooting at offseason workout training video instructions and I don't know what I'm talking about but I will break up the camera as much as I can and show you what's going on here and I hope we're gonna have a good time why do you need the way this will end up walking myself for control core control is the key to distance it's a workout myself filming yes yet still boxy today anylock see we're getting a split going to trainings down one to go we've been here for over four hours now I don't know what I'm doing with my life but this is all for you guys get in good shape start the training prevent injury be healthy and happy just like the fins let's go how did I do really sweet alright I've been sweating for six hours straight trainer did a great job you will enjoy listening to this guy and watching me slip and Mister camera guy and sound moon no problems whatsoever complete professional and he brought in some nice and sweet specific disc golf exercises for you and me to work on in the offseason to reinvent your game because that's what we're all trying to do happy faces yes I'm gonna show you the final product just a quick little clip from it so you can see what it will look like what will sound like what it'll feel like so roll the clip and here we go work out one movement a one dumbbell bench press with neutral grip hold a stop of two seconds at the bottom position...
