my folks it's my honor my pleasure to welcome you to the inaugural pga champions cup presented by bushnell thank you for being here what's up everyone it's the day after the tournament pretty early probably about seven a.m i'm getting ready to hit the road for the next tournament which is just crazy we just wrapped up a major and we got another tournament starting next week we'll start way back sunday before the major started we left jacksonville florida it was the sunday of the masters so very busy time for this greater augusta area we'll call it still pretty open on the course but you can tell things were starting to get busy the idgc and the pgj staff was getting the course ready already which is something that's very positive to see that's something i think has has lacked in the previous years things are starting to change players are making this their career they're starting to arrive nearly a week early and even more when it's major time so they had the course ready which was really cool to see of course look great definitely a challenging track over there at wr jackson quick thoughts on wr jackson it's a challenging course my knock on is it's kind of boring very repetitive it's just a solid woods course and and the property that they have is they're right on the lake but you wouldn't know it from watching the coverage i think if they can create a few adjustments this could be a place where a major is held every year it's a really cool cool spot to be with the the history of the idgc and and all that a lot of the players enjoy the course coming out and playing it so maybe if they can make some tweaks like that it'll be a little bit more entertaining more aesthetically pleasing to me it's just like you can say hey what'd you do on whole seven and it's like it's going to take me a long time to figure out which one the whole 7 is i don't have to play through the whole course in my mind because it doesn't just stand out yeah overall it was it was fun it was clean they really took care of the course there wasn't really a lot of things that we could complain about...
