hey steve thanks for calling no problem what's up you ready to talk about mvp open i would love to it's been great having mvp as our title sponsor we're always happy to sponsor the best course in the world thank you steve you guys are the over mode to our core let's turn this romance into a full-time gig i do like me some romance what are you thinking how does a five-year deal sound ten years sounds better ooh for 10 years how much the event 10 years million let's make it 2 million deal it was really easy for me to say we need to step this up and we need to lock this in i want to be the mvp open for the rest of time first step is 10 years steve dodge and the maple hill team have always been fantastic to us he's been great since the first time we got on the phone and he said hey steve i want to work with mvp for maple hill sponsorship absolutely of course we want to sponsor the greatest course in the world let's make that work since then mvp open has continued to grow and improve every year and mvp is just really excited to be a part of that 2021 was a really fun year because we had the fans come back a little over a thousand people each day this year we're going to probably double the number of fans in 2023 i want to do the same thing double it again when steve and i talked about making this deal one thing became apparent to me which is that maple hill needed to step up our game we're constantly bringing new ideas i'm constantly working with steve about how we can make the event both more exciting for the fans and more of a premier event for the players as well we're bringing whole new baskets we're helping them work on new designs we need a lot more bleachers we need a lot more parking we're going to be building out a stage on hole one where the the players can be literally on stage in front of all of the spectators in addition to the spectators having more interaction and extra things they can do we also have more things for them to watch and you're going to have to...
