get a oh that was sick dude let me see that J let me see if I let me see if I can do some oh God oh God I'm just like trying to play catch individually yeah I actually can't believe I'm doing this right now you're pretty good wow I rubbed off on you oh my God that was so good you were like spectacularly good at juggling thanks you're welcome I'm intrigued though how did you get here like like have you juggled since you were a little kid yeah I feel like I don't have like a exact year or anything but U my dad's always known how to juggle so I feel like at a pretty young age he kind of um kind of showed me how I do remember doing it in gym class at some point in time with like the scarves where you're like oh yeah um and then yeah I feel like must have been in grade school that I got like pretty comfortable at like you know just doing the basic juggle like this I think that's called a Cascade pattern that one right there and it's kind of funny I'll definitely go through phases like I feel like when I was like 18 to 20 I was in a pretty big juggling phase and spend a lot of time working on it I mean I could just be like at home watching TV and instead of sitting on the couch I'm standing behind the couch you know juggling and um I've always liked it cuz it there's like different patterns that you can make and kind of like makes you stay present where you are and like focus on what you're doing and have always enjoyed that kind of practice so like the regular Cascade you can kind of turn into an outside Cascade or you can just do one of them like the right hand or just the left hand going outside throws those are just some of the most basic tricks and you can like work them together and it starts to get a little bit cooler oh my gosh um this is one of my favorite patterns it's called The Mills mess and so it's kind of hard to isolate but you're basically doing some of the the throws are basic in like basic Cascade and...
