Idlewild Back 9 is BRUTAL | LWS Open Practice Round B9 | Jomez
Cole Verdalen takes on the challenging Idlewild Back 9 in an open practice round, joined by a packed house and joined by Jomez. This man is on fire, having won last week's Ledgestone Open, and Cole is excited to tackle this course with its similarities to Northwood, but shorter in length. As he navigates holes 10-18, the difficulties of this par-three heavy layout become clear, particularly hole 10, the toughest par three in the course, where a narrow fairway line separates victory from disaster. With Cole's aggressive throwing style and lack of form due to an injury, it's a wonder he's able to make birdies at all. His honest assessment of his game is refreshing, and fans love his authenticity. Will Cole be able to keep up the pace and convert some of those tough pars into birdies? Watch as Cole faces off against the brutal Idlewild Back 9 in this thrilling practice round.
