Welcome to round number three of the 21 hole salute presented by Dynamic Discs held on Sunday morning, July 26th at RLSmith Disc Golf Course in Charlotte, North Carolina. This is also part three of a collaboration between Final Round Radio and Gomez Productions. My name is Andy Go of QC Independent Radio. I'm joined by Kevin Burgess of Another Round Disc Golf or KB as we like to call him. Kevin Keith of the Disc Golf Network or K Squared. And we also have a very special guest, Phothweight, who came into this round tied with Ken Terski for the lead at 13 under. Pho, tell us a little bit about your uh mentality coming into round three. Uh round three, you know, is all about staying in the hunt. Uh trying to stay in the moment, you know, keep up with the pack or get ahead of the pack. Uh I had a pretty solid round the second round. felt like I had figured out my lines and figured out what disc I wanted to throw and it was really just about executing the same plays again. You shot a hot round of 57 in that second round to get you on the top of the leader card. Uh KBK Square, tell us a little bit about the um atmosphere coming into round number three on Sunday morning. Man, it was uh the start of the round was pretty good comfortable wise. You know, it was temperature- wise was about 85 degrees or so, but it was it was pretty sticky out there early morning. Yeah, it it was crazy because uh people are coming in, they're not worried about a players meeting. They had their eyes on the prize. They knew what they wanted to get accomplished on that third round. And uh not to mention, there were a couple of pretty dope stories going into the third round. Yeah, absolutely. We're going to see a lot of story lines uh that came into play that are going to um have an effect on the field here in round number three. So, let's get started here with round uh with hole number one, I should say, which is a 358 par three. It's a left uh hook hole, which uh you can reach with a good hiser.
