So this was the first year I truly dedicated my entire life to just disc golf. I've been playing baseball half on half off up until this point. Big breakthrough for my career. I really celebrated after with just like letting it soak in. I don't know. I think I was just very quiet and humble at the time and celebrated in the car after with my buddies. So, it's funny because we play the final nine at a course where we don't play a single hole the entire tournament. You know, it's like seven rounds and then they put you for a final nine on this course you've never seen. And I just remember this final hole because it was I had a couple stroke lead. I was like, just throw it long. If you go OB, that's fine. You can lay up and bogey. Yeah, I do remember that moment of being on the tee. I don't remember a lot of this, but I do remember being on that T- shot and just you have this in the bag, just throw it long and tap out. Every tournament I showed up to, it was mine to lose kind of situation, especially with the majors and winning so much. This was special cuz it was my first USDGC, fifth major of that year. My celebrations you think would be a lot bigger. Now they are, but I think it was just who I was and the personality I had back then. Spreading disc golf around the world was just always a dream of mine. So to finally be able to make that happen and see, you know, where it is today and actually seeing myself a part of one of these projects like, you know, seeing videos like this from our first project in Mexico is incredible because it it always brings back a little bit of emotion because I was there. I met all all these kids and and seeing this, but just being able to do this is just uh you know, it truly is a dream come true because, you know, without disc golf, who knows where I would be, what I would be doing. I feel like I just kept losing in these crazy fashions. Um so to come back and win this was a big one, emotional one. Um especially after what happened the...
