[music] >> Hello and welcome to the 2026 DGPT Doubles Championship at The Preserve presented by Simon Line. We've been excited for this one for a long time. I think this is my first time doing commentary on doubles in any form. >> Same. >> Same. >> We're here. Big Sexy Barry, Nate Sexton, Jeremy Koling, Paul Ulibarri. >> Not since the 2016 US Doubles have we had this many major players at a Doubles Championship. So, it is a long time coming, a fun event that is going to cater on competition, but also some of the best disc golf you're going to see anywhere. >> Also, you keep acting like the 2016 thing was bigger than this. Not since, like give me a break. There's so many more big players here. >> I would beg to differ. >> You not him. You might. >> No, yeah. There was really nobody there. Um, hole one, par four, >> [laughter] >> 638 ft. So, the course has changed a lot this year. We got hazard all over the place. We have OB right and left. Everything's tighter and we have new pin positions that we will get to as I just talk over this fabulous announcer. >> [applause] >> We have a lot we have to say. I mean, this is going to be I've been looking forward to this for a long time. We have some new strategy to talk about, all kinds of different things to say. Calvin Heimburg into a headwind. Hazard right side, OB left side. >> Such a difficult tee shot, especially with that wind ripping. Look at the height. This is exactly how you combat that wind. >> [cheering] [applause] >> And we're going to talk a lot about the green light that gives Gannon opportunity to get a little bit more aggressive, bite some more off, and try to get as close to that that that shortened basket as he can. >> And with there have been a couple throw-ins already. 638 ft, but if you can get a huge drive, you might have an opportunity.
