Watch the 2025 MVP Open presented by MVP and OP OTB discs as hot geese Addison Walker and Eric Sinchcom bring you live coverage from Maple Hill Disc Golf Course. The course is perfect for a beautiful Saturday morning, with calm weather and all lakes mirrored like glass. Four top players are in action: Holland Hanley, Silva Sarin, Missy Gannon, and Cat Mertens, who's shooting strong after a four-under par start. As the FPO players navigate the challenging holes, including the infamous "squirrel gate" triple mando, Walker and Sinchcom provide expert commentary on strategy and technique. With a new pin position for hole one, the A pins are 705 feet farther away from the tee box, requiring precision second shots to reach the green. As the competition heats up, it's clear that this year's MVP Open will be an exciting ride full of birdies, bogeys, and everything in between.

Hello and welcome to moving day of the 2025 MVP Open presented by MVP and OP OTB discs. We're out here at Maple Hill Disc Golf Course on a beautiful Saturday. I'm Addison Walker. >> I'm Eric Sinchcom. We're the two hot geese. Maybe never nicer than today out here. >> It's It's shorts weather. It's not too It was not windy. >> All the lakes were like mirrors. >> They were. It was warm but not too hot. >> Every disc golfer's dream. >> Everyone's honking. >> They all are honking. Never been honked at more. I've received three small geese this week as a gift. Three. >> You guys are the best. Really? Uh we're watching Holland Hanley, Silva Sarin, Missy Ganon, and Cat Merch today. Catmer shooting a four down to a slide way up into that fourth place position. Let's just go ahead and kick things off. Hole one. Look at that. Nice and calm. Same as today as well. Today we're in a new pin position though. This is the B pin here that we're passing. We're playing the A pins today. A lot farther at 705 ft. You still have to cross the same pawn though. Your second shot. Most FPO players are just trying to get to the mouth of this triple mando. Uh also affectionately known as squirrelgate. And you got to get through that squirrel gate onto the green. Most players just trying to get a par. Maybe a long look. We won't I don't think we'll see that many uh birdies here. >> Well, we've played this way before, but a little bit shorter or no. Is it the same? >> I don't quite remember. >> It's the same. It's the same. >> So many changes that they all and so many over the years that it all kind of blends together. This one, if you get far enough, like Holland has here, very possible to birdie, but boy is it two very difficult shots. >> It's also just not quite worth the risk. Uh, Silva having a really great weekend. She shot super hot the first round. Wasn't quite able to put it together yesterday, but still a lot of birdies. >> Yeah, tons of birdies. Just needs to minimize the bogeies a little bit. >> Yeah, if she can just clean it up. She's scoring well out here...
