The 2025 LWS Open at Idlewild is showcased in this round one back and coverage of a highly anticipated disc golf tournament. Featuring top players such as Buckets, Buhr, Robinson, and Klein, the event takes place on the challenging Idlewild course. The video highlights Paul Uli Berry's call of the action alongside hosts Barry, Jeremy Coleing, and others. The course is noted for its numerous birdie opportunities, making the competition more approachable at first glance. However, a shift in difficulty becomes apparent on the back nine, where two-stroke swings are common. The skinny trees pose a significant threat, as early tree kicks can be devastating due to their unpredictability and need for high-speed throws. Throughout the video, Paul Uli Berry's commentary provides insights into the strategies employed by top players, such as navigating tight fairways and avoiding treacherous obstacles like left-hand kicks. The exceptional condition of the course, courtesy of the club's dedication to maintenance, also receives praise from commentators.

You got to pick some spots to let it be fresh and grow. >> I think this is one of the ones that was like >> I don't mind kicking left and right like guaranteed bogey type thing. Mhm. >> Also, shout out to the club for incredible new tea boxes on several of the holes. >> Yeah, >> the new teapads >> look beautiful and play very well buckets. Or you could...
