The 2025 LWS Open at Idlewild features an exciting final nine hole presentation by Erikica Stinchcom and Madison Walker. The duo is eight strokes ahead of the competition, but acknowledges that there's still work to be done on the back nine. As they take on the challenging course, they discuss the new teepad for Hole 10, a par 3 with a 222-foot distance, which requires mid-range shots with slow speed discs or fairway drivers. The team shares their observations of the hole's slight left-to-right slope and discusses how it plays as one of the easier holes on the course. They also address concerns about lead card jitters and the physical demands of playing this marathon-length course for three days in a row. With humor and insight, Erikica and Madison provide an engaging analysis of the final nine hole push at the 2025 LWS Open at Idlewild.

Hello and welcome to the final nine of the 2025 LWS Open at IDA Wild presented by Dynamic Discs and the Natty. I'm Erikica Stinchcom. I'm Madison Walker. We're your two hotkeys. Honk. It feels like a formality a little bit. own eight strokes ahead making all of her circle two putts. But we are here to do the job. >> I thought you meant honking >> for you. Also a formality at this point. There's no joy. Just pure honk. >> Just kidding. We love it. >> Shout out to everyone that honked at us on the course today. >> So many people. >> I know. I know. Two hockey fans are just everywhere in the Midwest. Yeah, we love it. Um but back to the frisbees. Uh is not necessarily running away with it. She has already ran away. >> Oh, I see. I see. >> Um, there's still work to do on the back nine and I have a feeling she will continue to do that work. Hole 10, a new teapad. It's a par 3 222 ft. It's a totally different gap than what we used to throw. We're much farther and ahead to the right than we used to be. Right now, it's just kind of a straight pushing slight hiser. You see mostly mid-ranges and slow speed disc, maybe a fairway driver there. If you're going to make a mistake, uh there are some gaps on the left side that you can squeak through. We saw Missy Ganon kind of squeak through one of those and end up parking it. It's a good change as far as scorability. Totally a word. Uh but um there's, you know, still trouble if you're not careful. Example A. Yeah, we really appreciate the tournament team listening and taking into consideration changing hole 10, but they did give us a I was going to say again a pretty easy hole, but >> you never know. >> Yeah, there was what you said 19 birdies yesterday. There was a lot. >> It played as a the third most >> boy >> the third easiest hole this week. Um but maybe we got some lead card jitters also. So yeah, three day three days in a row playing this beast of a course really does wear on you. It is a marathon, not a sprint. I also just wonder I...
